The short version: CHUM is a collectible NFT. It is not a security, not an investment, and we make no promises about future value. By minting, you accept these terms.

What you own

When you hold a CHUM NFT, you own that specific token on the Polygon blockchain. You get a personal, non-commercial license to display the artwork. We retain the copyright on the underlying art and the brand.

What we promise

• The art exists.
• The contract is deployed and verified on Polygonscan.
• We'll keep showing up — daily X, weekly memo, Discord.
• We won't pretend the cycle didn't happen.

What we don't promise

• Price appreciation.
• Future utility beyond what's stated.
• That secondary market floor will hold.
• Anything involving the word "moon".

Liability

You use this site and the NFT at your own risk. Mint transactions are final. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. We are not liable for losses from your own trading decisions, wallet compromise, or market movement.

Governing law

Thai law applies. Disputes go to Thai courts. legal/terms-of-service.md in the repo has the full text.
